We started Exposoft in 1996. We managed six consecutive Olympic Games from 2004 to 2016, with accountability for accreditation, registration, and on-site logistics at events serving up to 35,000 attendees daily. Every event we have managed since 1996 has been delivered on or under budget.

Proprietary technology since 2007

We built Crystal, our event management platform, in 2007 and have deployed it on every Exposoft engagement since. Crystal handles registration, exhibitor portals, abstract submission, mobile event apps, lead retrieval, badging, and financial reporting. Our clients get one integrated system instead of paying licensing fees to four separate vendors.

We've also invested in AI-assisted project management through Varuna, our internal tool for event coordination.
